A Lot of Love
Welcome to Wainfleet Bread Box — a small sourdough bakery called The Box, run from our little shed on Highway 3 in Wainfleet, Ontario. We (Charlene and Nadine) bake everything by hand, using a long-fermented sourdough starter, simple ingredients, and a lot of care. From country loaves to scones and cinnamon rolls, everything is made in small batches right here in The Box. We open on set days and stock the shelves fresh — once it’s gone, it’s gone.
